fruits of jojoba
A shrub native to South America, jojoba oil is created by compressing the jojoba seeds. To be exact, rather than an oil, it is an unsaturated wax ester (vegetable wax) whose main component is higher, unsaturated alcohol.
Since pH resembles the oily secretion of human skin, despite a silky feeling, it penetrates and moisturizes the skin very well. It can be used on any skin type, whether oily, dry, or allergic skin. Additionally, it can be applied not only on one’s face, but used for one’s entire body care.
The odorless, resistant to oxidation, and low viscosity characteristics not only help to moisturize and provide care for rough skin, but jojoba oil is also used as a carrier oil to dilute essential oils.
